Definitions
The Company designates PageYourself SAS.
Site designates Pageyourself.com which lets register for the Service to create an f-Site and administer it.
f-Site means the website that you created yourself and which is adapted to social networks.
Service means the design, animation and analysis of f-site.
User designates the person who registered to the free version.
Client refers to the user who has transformed his account into a paid subscription.
Subscription is the premium service to which the User subscribe to enhance the free service.
Visitor designates any person visiting or using the f-Site the User or Client has made.
API means the third party platforms over which the Company is connected to enrich the experience.
The Service

PageYourself invented the f-Site: a new standard of sites, the f-Site is particularly adapted to social networks. The f-Site lets professionals create an innovative site to their image with the features they need for their business, enabling them to create and grow their community. The registration, creation and update of f-Site, and termination are done on the Site pageyourself.com. The f-Site meanwhile is integrated within the social networks concerned.
Acceptance of Terms / Conditions
Any use of the Service constitutes an acceptance of these Terms which is the sole contractual framework between the User and the Client and the Company.
Eligibility
The User and the Client by registering on the site claims to have all rights and permissions necessary to create a f-Site or entity they declare representing. The Company is not responsible in any way in any dispute between a User or Client and a third individual or company.
Register for a free account
The User, by registering on the Site and using the Service is automatically redirected to a free account, called the Start Pack, with a number of features corresponding to the free account, and a number of features it is possible to try for a limited period of time, corresponding to the premium accounts.
Duration: The free account is indefinitely until terminated by the user. Termination: The free account is canceled at any time in the account settings.
Subscribe to a premium account
The User who registered with a free account may at any time change its account to a premium account by subscribing to one of the 4 available plans: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Big Company. In consideration of the services offered by the Company, the Customer agrees to pay the Company a royalty equal to the subscription offer subscribed:
Bronze Plan:
• 1 month subscription: $19.90 per month which equals to $19.90 payable once at the order.
• 6 months subscription: $19.90 per month which equals to $107.40 for 6 months payable once at the order.
• 1 year subscription: $14.90 per month which equals to $178.80 per year payable once at the order.
Silver Plan:
• 1 month subscription: $39.90 per month which equals to $39.90 payable once at the order.
• 6 months subscription: $35.90 per month which equals to $215.40 for 6 months payable once at the order.
• 1 year subscription: $29.90 per month which equals to $358.80 per year payable once at the order.
Gold Plan:
• 1 month subscription: $79.90 per month which equals to $79.90 payable once at the order.
• 6 months subscription: $71.90 per month which equals to $431.40 for 6 months payable once at the order.
• 1 year subscription: $64.90 per month which equals to $778.80 per year payable once at the order.
Big Company Plan:
• 1 month subscription: $159.90 per month which equals to $159.90 payable once at the order.
• 6 months subscription: $79.90 per month which equals to $875.40 for 6 months payable once at the order.
• 1 year subscription: $129.90 per month which equals to $1558.80 per year payable once at the order.
Payment
The subscription payment is made at the time of subscription to the chosen subscription by credit card, invoice transaction is automatically generated and is located in the “My Account” section, accessible when connected to the Site.
Duration
The Start Pack is free without limitation, the duration of the offers Bronze, Silver, Gold and Big Company depends of the selected duration during the subscription, 1 month, 6 months or 1 year tacitly renewable.
Cancellation
The Customer may cancel at any time the subscription, this procedure is done automatically in “My Account”, accessible when connected. The Customer must comply with a notice period of 8 days before the tacit renewal of his subscription. After this period, the Customer agrees to pay the subscription for the same duration as previously subscribed. The unsubscription is confirmed by the Company within 3 working days by e-mail.
Use of the Service
The User or Client using the Service has a strictly personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service. The account is created and the subscription is made for the duration of the plan chosen, without geographical restriction. Client can share the administration of the f-Site with third parties if it is allowed in the selected plan, but he is the sole responsible of all the rights and all the permissions necessary to do so.
Intellectual Property
The User and the Client are the owners of the files and original creations (text, photo, video) they upload or connect to use the Service, they rent the Service and the use of the f-Site format. The Company is the sole owner of the Website, of the f-Sites and all the elements that compose them: Interface Design, Software, Brand, Website, Database, Applications, Framework, Concept.
All personal information and data stored will be erased when the account is closed by the user or the Client.
The User and the Client shall grant to the Company the non-exclusive right to reproduce, process, characterize and enrich the data and files that aims improve the service and process statistical data, to share recommendations based on statistics, to ensure self-promotion of the Service based on examples of f-Sites made by the User and the Client. The use of the PageYourself and f-Site trademarks, logos, domain names is prohibited unless written permission is granted by the Company. Reproduction of the software, HTML / CSS / Javascript, visual elements on www.pageyourself.com is strictly prohibited without written permission granted by the Company.
Service and price changes
PageYourself reserves the right to make changes to the service without notice to the User and the Client. PageYourself reserves the right to change the pricing policy, if applicable, these Terms and Conditions will be revised and Customers will be notified.
Account changes
The Client can change at any time his subscription plan to a upper or a lower plan except to the Start Pack. The remaining time on the current subscription time will be converted to the new offer selected pro rata daily prices. Customer can also choose to see the change of account at the end of the period of the current subscription. The account change occurs in "My Account" once connected.
Service Availability
The Service is available at www.pageyourself.com, the f-Sites are accessible from published social networks. The Company and the company hosting the content do their utmost to ensure uninterrupted service, free of technical faults, failures, bugs. However, the Client is aware of unforeseen technical maintenance, and Internet technologies are generally more dependent, as well as technical interruptions that may result. PageYourself is subject to an obligation of means in no circumstances will the Company be liable for the impact of technical interruptions, slowdowns, problems inherent in the Host, the API used, related to social networks.
Responsibility
The User or Client is solely responsible for the content it uses, and for the use made of the Service. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused directly or indirectly by the use of service to others and to the User or Client. The Company provides third-party tools to communicate online, and may make technical changes to its content and indexing. Under no circumstances will the Company is involved in the creation or selection of content distributed.
Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of use and the use of the Website and the Service are governed by French law. Only the Paris Tribunal is competent to hear any disputes between the parties arising out of, relating to or concerning these Terms of Service, use of the Service, execution, termination or cancellation of the contract.
